AFRYDEF works at the intersection of technology, education, and entrepreneurship to ensure that African youth are equipped not only to participate in the global digital economy but also to lead it.

Since inception in 1999, AFRYDEF has:

We have trained over 1,000 young people in digital and entrepreneurial skills.

Supported the development of 1,000 youth-led startups and community-based innovations

Partnered with 20 local and international organizations to scale technology programs, including USAID/OTI; Committee for Advancement of Justice; WANEP; DFID MADE; PIND Foundation; Imo State Government of Nigeria, etc
